Cowboy Steak Marinade

1 C Olive Oil
1/3 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 C Ketchup
1/4 C Sweet Pickle Relish
1/2 Thickly Sliced Red Onion
1 TBSP Worcester
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/3 C chopped Parsley
3-4 Bay Leaves
1 tsp dried mustard or strong jarred mustard
1-2 TBSP Sugar
Cracked pepper and Kosher salt

Mix ingredients and pour over steak.  The tomato from the ketchup gives the meat a smoky flavor when grilled so the marinade should be slightly sweet.  Great for inexpensive cuts of meat, like sirloin.  For Flank Steak or London Broil, cut the ketchup and relish and add more Worcester and mustard, along with fresh rosemary.
